Louth Meath Local Area Employment Service (LM LAES) works with Intreo to support people who are long-term unemployed and face barriers to getting back into work.
Every participant is matched with a dedicated Case Officer who works one-to-one with them on a Personal Progression Plan over a structured 52-week programme, with monthly check-ins and continued support even after starting a job.

- In-employment support and aftercare
